DIRTY LITTLE SECRETS

I am currently apart of a collaborative installation DIRTY LITTLE SECRETS
at the Oxford Art Factory, Presented by PLATFORM 72 for Art & About.


SECRET PLEASURES

An exploration into the way in which we express and protect our private selves within the public expanse.

The montage incorporates photographs of mannequins as a metaphor for the false persona we create to protect ourselves from public perception.

Overlaid with this are images of our exploration into the expression of our innermost desires and deviances, devoid of inhibition, under the  cloak of anonymity & darkness in the depths of the public realm.

I was recently photographed in my apartment by the installation artist Isidro Blasco for his exhibition Sydney Interiors  at the Dominik Mersch Gallery.

I have recently been involved in a large scale public art project  WE ARE HERE

WE ARE HERE - a 15 metre high, 75 metre long mural running along the walls of Foley street is a collaborative artwork by myself Dylan Demarchi, Byrd, The Dirt, Sarah Howell and Gui Andrade.

Curated by Juliet Rosser at PLATFORM 72, the artwork is apart of the City of Sydney's public art program Streetware, and was launched by the Lord Mayor Clover Moore on March 22nd 2013.
